Siempre Viva is our certified organic farm in Pescadero, a small farming community on the Pacific Coast 25 miles north of Cabo. On this 15 acre farm we grow organic vegetables, mangos, citrics, edible flowers and lots of herbs for all our restaurants and a few high end hotel clients.
Our modern irrigation and nutrients delivery system combined with covered planting zones ensures a very efficient and healthy farming . Our restaurant customers truly enjoy our produce and our preparations.

We are in the finishing phas of opening a true farm to table restaurant inside the premises of our organic farm. This will be a total farm immersion experience the the most wonderful, healthy, hearty and innovative food.
